Joseph (José) Trujillo

José Trujillo, a native of Littleton, was born on Rapp Street in 1936.
He graduated from Littleton High School in 1954 and served in the Marine Corps from 1955 through 1958. José left the Martin Company (now Lockheed Martin) in 1966 to pursue his dream of starting his own restaurant. Ten years after starting out cooking in the back of the Family Bar, José purchased the building next door which became Jose's Restaurant. Jose's Restaurant has been in business on Main Street for more than 40 years.
José and his wife Phyllis have been married for 49 years and have two children and 4 grandchildren. They have lived in District 2 for 44 years.
